Personal data

The information entered in the quote form (name, contact details, site address, description of the work) is used only to prepare your quote and to get back to you. It is neither sold nor transferred.

The form is sent to LB RENOV SA at ben@lbrenov.ch through the email delivery service Resend (Resend, Inc., United States). The website itself stores no requests.

Requests received are kept for as long as needed to handle them and follow up your project. If they do not lead to a contract, they are deleted no later than two years after the last exchange; if they do, they are kept with the project file for the legal retention period for business records, which is ten years.

A request you are filling in is kept in your browser, on your device only, so that you find it again if you close the page; it is deleted when sent or after thirty days.

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), you can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to ben@lbrenov.ch.
