Our story

Founded in the heart of Geneva in 2020, by a renovation professional.

LB RENOV SA was founded on the initiative of Benjamin Lazerges, who has over 25 years of experience in renovation. The company carries out all the finishing trades itself: plastering, painting, floor coverings, joinery and fit-out.

Now a public limited company (SA) to support its growth, it takes on complete renovations. For plumbing, electrics and masonry, we call on partner firms whose way of working we know: we then act as general contractor, with one point of contact for you.

Our offices are on Rue Goetz-Monin in Geneva, where our showroom opens soon. Based in Geneva, we work throughout Switzerland and in neighbouring France; depending on the size and scope of the project, we also consider projects further afield, including abroad.

A complete renovation involves six, eight, ten firms. You will deal with only one. Our teams carry out the finishing trades; for the rest, we call on our partner firms, with whom we work project after project and whose way of working we know. We link everyone together, we keep the schedule, and one person is answerable for everything, from design to completion.
